I was at the Medanta Hospital with my mother, (Mrs Sintiki Inusa) in November 2011 for adequate medical diagnosis and treatment. We had earlier on desired a better and more comprehensive medical attention having previously been attended to at both the ABU Teaching Hospital in Zaria, Nigeria and at the State House Medical Centre in Abuja, Nigeria. In summary, we had one of the best ever experiences of our lives, both in terms of quality medical care, as well as customer and inter-personal relationships within and outside the facility. We had an amazing time and wonderful reception from arrival to departure. The return airport transfer experience was indeed mind blowing just as much as the punctuality was.
The international services of Medanta Hospital was very exceptional. We were given first class treatment and 100% attention from the Head of the international services, nurses , doctors and all the other hospital staff with no exception. Medanta is no doubt a WORLD CLASS medical facility! My assessment is coming against the background of the fact that the kind of treatment we received left my mother and I in awe. She happens to work at the State House Medical Centre in Abuja as a medical assistant. This hospital is one of Nigeria's premier facility and the place where the President of our dear country Nigeria, receives medical attention. My mother's personal opinion is that the quality of services, handling and equipments we experienced and saw cannot come close to being compared to any other in this part of the world. We must add that the testimonial of the other Nigerians patients we met at the hospital as well as other nationals, confirmed that our own joy and experience was not an isolated one. Without exception, many others with whom we had encounters expressed total satisfaction with the services at the Medicity. Our Indian experience, their people and this hospital cannot be put in a few words. Simply put, it doesn't do our experience much good to describe it as INCREDIBLE!
I will not do justice if I don't acknowledge SANTO TRAVEL whose services and coordination was truly and impeccably exceptional. The care and services we got was not just five star but can even be equated to what some now call - SEVEN STAR. Your customer service has no equivalence; I was called daily by PRATISWINI who wanted to know if we were ok or if we needed any further/other assistance.
